“JUNE” REC opens in Ufa

 

February 3, 2012, marked the opening of the new “JUNE” retail and entertainment center in Ufa.

With its GBA of 42,000 sq. m, “JUNE” REC in Ufa has become the fourth operating property in the eponymous chain of retail and entertainment centers owned by the REGIONS Group of Companies.

The retail and entertainment center is located at the intersection of Komsomolskaya Street and 50 Let SSSR Street, in the vicinity of Oktyabrya Avenue and Salavat Yulayev Avenue – the main thoroughfares connecting all of the city’s districts.

The center’s anchor tenants include O’KEY food hypermarket (5,700 sq. m), Technosila hypermarket of electronics and household appliances (2,300 sq. m), Yuterra hypermarket of household goods (1,500 sq. m), and an Alex Fitness center (1,250 sq. m).

“JUNE” REC will be the first place in Ufa to house five stores of Inditex, the globally famous Spanish fashion distributor: Zara, Pull & Bear, Bershka, Stradivarius, and Oysho, due to open in April this year.

The interior of “JUNE” REC is filled with bright and warm summery colors. In line with the common design concept of the “JUNE” chain, each level has its own color scheme.

“JUNE” is an important retail facility from the municipal point of view as its commissioning will provide Ufa with over 1,300 new jobs.
